El hotel es una joya de la historia , pero le falta mantenimiento a las maderas, los bares y restaurantes están bien, las camas bien , el aire acondicionado no funciona muy bien , es cinco estrellas pero no tiene piscina y si gumnacio es más viejo que el hotel, y no sirven los aparatos. La vistas son increíbles , la atención del hotel normal , no es mala , tampoco es la mejor

Maravillosa habitación y las vistas al mar. Lo mejor de este hotel es el personal con el que cuenta, gente amable, que soluciona cualquier incidencia o problema. El hotel además esta bien mantenido, si bien la comida no se puede decir que sea de un hotel 5*GL.

Estancia muy agradable. Habitación piso 3º (en mi opinión el mejor) con vistas al mar, cómoda y limpia, así como el baño; pero nevera con poca potencia a la que teníamos que desenchufar para conectar la cafetera; sin calzador, ni bloc de notas ni lápiz y papel higiénico tan delgado que debías doblarlo o triplicarlo para un correcto uso. A veces las políticas empresariales dan resultados estúpidos que molestan al cliente y no suponen un verdadero ahorro.

We had not even booked and just found the hotel by accident. The staff were very welcoming, the hotel very clean, and the food was wonderful! The room was clean and the bed was uber comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.

“Unfortunately, the bathroom had a very unpleasant smell that didn’t go away during my stay. It made the whole experience uncomfortable. Definitely not what I expected from a hotel of this category.”
